  • Reservations can be made conveniently online here, or by calling our friendly dispatch team at 410-831-0609.

  • As a professional chauffeur service, all of our reservations are pre-arranged and require advance notice, typically 24 hours. Our booking form requires 4 hours advance notice to book a reservation. If you are in need of transportation with less notice, you may call us at 410-831-0609 and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • No problem! Just make a note of these needed accommodations when you book your reservation, and we will ensure that a car seat/booster seat is provided for your little one(s) upon pickup.

  • When making your reservation, please provide the details of your arriving airline and flight number. Our advanced Reservation System will monitor your flight and promptly notify our Concierge about any updates or changes to your flight status.

  • If you would like to request a stop during your journey, kindly include it when making your reservation to allow us to make appropriate arrangements. Stops that are not pre-requested will only be accommodated based on the availability of time and upcoming rides scheduled for the Concierge.

  • Gratuities paid to our drivers for great service are always appreciated, but are left up to each client’s discretion and thus, not automatically included in reservation charges. However, if you do wish to include a gratuity in advance for your convenience, we would be more than happy to do so. 100% of your tips go to your driver.

  • Our vehicles are equipped with complimentary bottled water and chilled soft drinks to keep you refreshed. Additionally, we provide phone chargers and auxiliary cords for your convenience. We aim to make your ride as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

  • We can always accommodate passengers’ luggage, as long as the number of bags is shared when booking the reservation. Drivers will be more than happy to assist you with loading/unloading luggage.

  • At Thoroughbred we truly understand the sensitivity, trust and confidentiality of our clients. Each driver is handpicked and interviewed face-to-face by our management team. Each driver must pass a road test as well as a national criminal background test and pre-placement drug screening, along with random drug screenings as required by the Department of Transportation.

  • Yes! We offer services throughout the state of Maryland and the surrounding tri-state area. Additionally, upon request, we can often arrange transportation beyond this region. Our operations are in compliance with all necessary licenses and insurance requirements, and we have been assigned the U.S. DOT# 2977971.

  • Our fleet consists of black sedans, black SUVs, Sprinter vans, mini-coach style shuttle buses, school buses, and motor-coach buses. Depending on the specific vehicle, we have the flexibility to accommodate anywhere from 1 to 56 passengers. Please see our fleet page for more information.

  • All of our drivers are cell phone equipped and will call you upon arrival. If you are being met at the airport, you will receive a text, and/or voice mail, with your chauffeur’s name and cell phone number. When you are ready to be picked up just give the chauffeur a call and s/he will give you instructions as to where they will meet you. If you ever need immediate assistance you may also contact our office directly 410-831-0609.

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking any reservation. For personal services, the payment is typically expected during the week of service. Certain services, like nights on the town, weddings, proms, and special events, may require a deposit to secure the reservation. For corporate services, kindly reach out to us directly to explore the most efficient billing solutions.

  • If you exceed the time allocated for packages which have been quoted as a set number of hours, you will be billed in a minimum of thirty-minute increments.

    For transfers and point-to-point services, there is a 15-minute courtesy to allow client/s to board.

    For domestic flight airport arrivals we allocate up to 30 minutes from the time of actual landing, and for international flight airport arrivals we allocate up to 60 minutes from the time of actual landing. Wait time exceeding this grace period is billed at $1.00 per minute. We plan to arrive at the appointed time in order to save our clients the most money possible.

  • All “no shows” will be billed in full.

  • Absolutely! In order to comply with the regulations in Maryland, it is necessary for every company to possess a valid liquor license to offer alcohol. However, you are permitted to bring your own assortment of beverages, including brews, spirits, wines, champagnes, etc. For safety considerations, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing glass bottles on board. It is important to be aware that while consuming alcohol inside the vehicle may be permitted, it might be prohibited to possess alcohol outside the vehicle, depending on the specific location.
